One Year Thank you!
Thank you for helping us reach a successful end to our first year. We began with no prior coffee experience and no trained baristas, learning everything from dialing in espresso and troubleshooting equipment to mastering early mornings, long lines, and a brand-new point-of-sale system. Since opening, we have trained more than a dozen team members and grown together through both smooth days and inevitable first-year challenges.
Our focus this year was building timeliness and consistency–no small task while opening a coffee shop from the ground up. There were learning curves, busy rushes, and moments that required patience from both our team and our customers. Your encouragement, grace, and continued support made all the difference.
We look forward to serving you excellent coffee in 2026 and beyond, and to continually enhancing your small-town coffee shop experience as we learn, grow, and refine our craft.
While we are celebrating 5th Grant Boutique’s 9th year in business, we have just completed our first year in our new location. Syrup Upgrade
When we first opened, we explored many options for flavored syrups and chose what we felt was the best fit at the time. As we’ve grown and refined our craft, we’ve continued to evaluate every ingredient we use. After careful consideration and extensive taste testing, we’re excited to announce our transition from Torani to Routin 1883 syrups.
Crafted in France using pure cane sugar and natural ingredients, 1883 syrups are known for their rich flavor, balance, and quality. We believe this change will enhance the overall taste of your favorite drinks, and we’re confident you’ll notice– and enjoy– the difference as we begin the transition.
